Die Somtotaal runs small-group extra maths classes and private tutoring for Grade 8 to 12 learners. Enquiries arrived by WhatsApp and Instagram, and every monthly invoice was written by hand.
We built the Afrikaans website, and an admin app behind it. New enquiries are tracked from first contact until the learner is enrolled, and the month's PDF invoices are generated and emailed to every active learner in one go.
