Terms and conditions
Plain terms for how we work. Every project also gets a written fixed quote, which sets the scope and price. If the quote and this page differ, the quote wins.

Who we are
Styver Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration no. 2026/459872/07, Garsfontein, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Email hello@styver.co or WhatsApp +27 72 360 7531. We are not registered for VAT, so our prices do not include VAT.
Quotes and scope
We give you a fixed quote in writing before work starts. A quote is valid for 30 days. It lists what is included. Work outside that scope is billed at R800 an hour, and we agree it with you in writing before we do it.
Payment
- We start work when you accept the quote and pay a 50% deposit.
- The remaining 50% is due before the site or app goes live.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days, in South African rand, by EFT or by card through the secure payment link on the invoice.
- For larger projects the quote may split payment into stages. The quote will say so.
What we need from you
You give us the content, access and decisions we need, and you review our work within five business days. If we wait more than 30 days for you, we pause the project. The deposit stays, and we restart when you are ready. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
Changes and revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in every fixed quote. Further changes are billed at R800 an hour.
Ownership
When you have paid in full, you own the website content and the custom code we wrote for you, and we transfer the domain and site files to you. Until then they remain ours. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and any open-source or third-party software stays under its own licence. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Hosting and support
Hosting is billed monthly in advance and includes two support hours each month. Unused hours do not roll over. Hosting is month to month. You can cancel on 30 days' notice, as explained in the refunds and cancellation policy. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue we may suspend hosting after written notice. We will give you your files on request.
If something is wrong
If delivered work does not do what the quote says, tell us within 30 days of launch and we will fix it at no charge. After that, fixes are covered by your support hours or billed at R800 an hour.
Our responsibility
We take care and build to a professional standard, but we cannot promise that a site or app will never have a fault or that third-party services such as hosting, email or payment providers will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
Cancellation and refunds
See our refunds and cancellation policy.
Privacy and confidentiality
We treat what you share about your business as confidential and use personal information as described in our privacy policy.
Disputes and law
If something goes wrong, email us first. We will try to settle it fairly and quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you accepted your quote continue to apply to that project.
